Vera Im

Vera Im is currently an Investor at Blizzard Fund, a $200 million venture capital fund dedicated to the Avalanche ecosystem, based in New York. Prior to entering the blockchain venture capital sector, she served as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs, where she successfully facilitated over $500 million in complex technology-focused mergers and acquisitions. Im subsequently transitioned to a strategic operations role at Ava Labs, directly supporting the deployment of more than 50 decentralized applications across multiple emerging networks. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where she managed a $100,000 student-run investment portfolio. Today, Im leverages her traditional finance expertise to identify and scale early-stage Web3 startups.
