Vibhu Mittal is the Managing Partner at Offline Ventures, based in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he invests in pre-seed and seed-stage artificial intelligence and software startups. He currently manages over $100 million in assets under management across a portfolio of more than 50 companies, and he launched the $50 million Offline Ventures Fund III in March 2025. Prior to his venture capital career, Mittal co-founded the AI-driven company SigOpt, which was acquired by Intel in 2018, and held technical roles at Google and the Stanford AI Lab. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from Stanford University and serves as an advisor to Anthropic's enterprise initiatives as of January 2026. His current focus remains on scaling enterprise SaaS, developer tools, and infrastructure software ventures through hands-on mentorship and strategic capital.
