Victor Pascucci III

Victor Pascucci III is the Cofounder and Managing General Partner at Energy Capital Ventures. With over 20 years of experience in venture capital and financial services, he has facilitated more than $750 million in venture capital and M&A transactions. Prior to this, he served as Managing Partner at Lightbank, Investment Director at Munich Re Ventures, and head of USAA’s $330 million corporate venture capital program. Throughout his career, he has led early-stage investments in several multi-billion-dollar fintech, insurtech, and enterprise technology companies, including Coinbase, ID.me, Personal Capital, and TRUECar. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Bowling Green State University and a Juris Doctor from The University of Toledo. Pascucci currently focuses on strategic investments driving the digital transformation, resilience, and sustainability of the natural gas industry through green molecules, hydrogen, and decarbonization technologies.
