Victoria Bills

Victoria Bills is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Allocraft AI, an alternative investment management platform, and is based in Chicago. She previously served as Co-Founder and Chief Investment Strategist at Banrion Capital Management, scaling the company to $750,000 in annual recurring revenue during its first year. Before this, she worked as an Associate at Allos Ventures managing B2B software deals, and as an Investment Analyst for the Illinois State Treasurer's Office. In that role, she helped increase the net IRR from nine and a half percent to sixteen point four percent for a one and a half billion dollar impact fund. Bills began her career at Ariel Investments, holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Economics from Babson College, and focuses on venture capital while being fluent in Japanese and Spanish.
