Victoria Ferguson

Victoria Ferguson is a Partner and General Counsel at MMC Ventures, an early-stage technology venture capital firm based in London, UK. Promoted to Partner in 2017, she oversees the legal execution of investments, follow-on funding rounds, and portfolio exits across the enterprise artificial intelligence, fintech, and data infrastructure sectors. Ferguson also directs the firm's environmental, social, and governance strategy, leading MMC Ventures to become the first commercial venture capital firm in the United Kingdom to achieve B Corp certification. Previously, she worked as an associate in the business restructuring and reorganization practice at Jones Day and previously trained and practiced law at Simmons & Simmons in London and Tokyo. Holding a law degree from King’s College London, her career focuses on venture capital law, corporate governance, and responsible investment frameworks within the European technology ecosystem.
