Victoria Palatnik

Victoria Palatnik is a Partner at Speedinvest based in London, England, United Kingdom, where she focuses on early-stage investments across the fintech, enterprise SaaS, and climate tech sectors. Since joining the firm in January 2024, she has expanded her portfolio of over 30 backed companies, recently leading a Series B investment in Climeworks in June 2025. Previously, Palatnik served as a Venture Partner at Palfinger from 2022 to 2023 and as an Investment Director at Connect Ventures between 2018 and 2022. Before entering venture capital, she founded the edtech startup Bloom, leading the company from its 2014 inception to its acquisition in 2017, and earned an MBA from the University of Oxford Saïd Business School.
