Vikas Shanbhogue

Vikas Shanbhogue is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Lariat Data, an enterprise technology startup focused on solving complex data infrastructure challenges. Prior to establishing Lariat Data, he served as the Head of Platform at PlaceIQ, where he directed the development of large-scale data systems and backend architecture. Before his tenure at PlaceIQ, Shanbhogue founded and operated an independent boutique machine learning consultancy that provided specialized technical solutions to various enterprise clients. He has accumulated more than ten years of professional experience working directly within the fields of big data, machine learning, and backend software engineering. Throughout his career as a technology entrepreneur and engineer, he has consistently worked to bridge machine learning innovation with highly scalable platforms. His current professional focus centers on building robust big data infrastructure and advancing backend engineering frameworks.
