Viktor Benei

Viktor Benei is the Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder of Bitrise, a mobile continuous integration and delivery platform, and is currently based in Budaörs, Hungary. He established the developer tooling company in 2014 alongside co-founder Barnabás Birmacher, eventually participating in the Y Combinator Winter 2017 accelerator batch. Under his technical leadership, the enterprise has expanded to a workforce of 243 employees, and the firm successfully secured a $60 million funding round in November 2021. Prior to launching this venture, he served as the Chief Technology Officer at Bitfall Kft. and earned a Master of Science in Information Technology from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics. With more than thirteen years of software engineering experience, his current focus centers on advancing scalable DevOps automation, back-end architecture, and open-source command-line interface tooling for mobile application deployment workflows.
