Ville Vesterinen

Ville Vesterinen is an angel investor through the Atomico Angel Programme and a serial entrepreneur currently developing a new undisclosed project. He is widely recognized for co-founding Slush, a prominent global startup conference, and has established a total of three technology companies throughout his career. Among his ventures, Vesterinen co-founded Grey Area, which secured financial backing from notable venture capital firms including Index Ventures, London Venture Partners, and Lifeline Ventures. Beyond his entrepreneurial pursuits, he has served as a startup scout for Atomico and provided strategic advisory services to various venture funds, early-stage startups, and the Finnish sovereign wealth fund, Tesi. He holds a Master of Science degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Science from Aalto University. Vesterinen maintains a primary focus on scaling European technology startups through active angel investing.
