Vince Thompson is the Founder, CEO, and Chairman of MELT, an independent sports and entertainment marketing agency based in Atlanta, Georgia. After graduating from Auburn University in 1984, he launched the firm in 2000 and has spent over 25 years building experiential campaigns across the collegiate sports sector. Under his leadership, MELT has represented Coca-Cola for 22 years, executing large-scale brand activations for major properties including NCAA Final Four tournaments and ESPN College GameDay while earning over 25 industry awards. Thompson recently expanded into the Name, Image, and Likeness space by co-founding SANIL to produce student-athlete summits in 2022, alongside developing a college sports podcast that was subsequently acquired by The Daily Wire. His current focus remains on scaling MELT's live event marketing operations while navigating emerging commercial opportunities within the rapidly evolving landscape of collegiate athletics.
