Vincent Bazzocchi

Vincent Bazzocchi is a Director in the Andera MidCap team at Andera Partners, based in Paris, France. Since joining the firm in 2018, he has focused on growth capital investments, supporting a platform that manages over €5 billion in assets across more than 130 portfolio companies. He recently contributed to the deployment of the Andera MidCap 5 fund, which closed at €600 million in September 2023 to finance management buyouts and corporate carve-outs. Prior to his current role, Bazzocchi worked in strategy and corporate development at the French media company Groupe M6 from 2015 to 2018, and began his private equity career at Edmond de Rothschild Capital Partners. An alumnus of ESCP Europe and KAIST, his current focus centers on structuring majority and minority stakes to drive internationalization and digital transformation for mid-market enterprises.
