Virginie Lucchini

Virginie Lucchini is a Partner, Head of Middle Office, and Compliance and ESG Officer at Axeleo Capital. Since joining the firm in February 2020, she has supported operations for a venture capital platform that manages approximately €300 million in assets and oversees a growing portfolio of more than 80 technology companies. Previously, she served as General Counsel at Younited Credit from 2015 to 2018, where she established the internal compliance department and facilitated the regulatory setup for credit activities across Italy, Spain, and Portugal. The ESSEC Business School alumna also held a professional role at ESG Connect by Greenly before transitioning her career to the venture capital sector. Her current focus centers on integrating environmental, social, and governance standards across Axeleo's early-stage investments in enterprise software, cybersecurity, and a recently launched €250 million greentech industry investment fund.
