Vishakh Hegde

Vishakh Hegde is the CTO and Co-founder of Inventive AI, a Y Combinator-backed enterprise software startup developing artificial intelligence copilots for sales teams, based in Bangalore, India. Before launching Inventive AI in 2023, he served as an Applied Research Scientist at Ambient AI and worked as a Data Scientist at Schlumberger. Hegde previously worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at Matroid, following his academic training in artificial intelligence at Stanford University and undergraduate studies at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras. He authored the technical book "3D Deep Learning with Python" in November 2022 and holds multiple patents, including a February 2024 patent for an Upper Confidence Bound Algorithm applied to oilfield logic. His current focus centers on leveraging applied machine learning and software engineering to build enterprise AI tools that automate the request for proposal process.
