Vivan Agrawal

Vivan Agrawal is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Zarna AI, a technology company developing artificial intelligence associates specifically tailored for the private equity sector. In his current executive capacity, he manages cross-functional operations and serves as the central operational liaison bridging the product, engineering, security, and compliance departments. Prior to establishing Zarna AI, Agrawal worked in the cybersecurity advisory practice at EY, where he focused on designing secure system architectures and implementing AI-driven automation protocols for enterprise access control. His earlier technical background includes researching flexible nano-electronics and developing artificial intelligence agents as a researcher at the Ali Javey Lab. Additionally, he led hardware prototyping and AI integration initiatives during his tenure at Jadoo Technologies. Agrawal’s current focus remains centered on leveraging artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and embedded systems to advance enterprise automation.
