Vlad Sejnoha

Vlad Sejnoha is a Venture Partner at Glasswing Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Boston, Massachusetts. Prior to joining the firm in March 2019, he spent 17 years as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Nuance Communications, where he directed a 350-person global research team focused on conversational AI and natural language processing. His earlier career includes serving as Chief Scientist at Kurzweil AI and managing external research collaborations with IBM Research. Under his technical leadership, Nuance developed widely recognized consumer products such as Dragon Dictation and Dragon TV, which earned a 2017 Technology and Engineering Emmy Award. He has also presented his research at major industry summits hosted by MIT and SXSW. With over 30 years of experience in artificial intelligence, Sejnoha currently focuses on evaluating early-stage enterprise SaaS and frontier technology startups.
