Vlad Tenev is currently the Founder of Harmonic, an emerging technology venture focused on the financial sector. Previously, he co-founded Robinhood Markets alongside Baiju Bhatt, where he helped engineer the commission-free trading model that fundamentally restructured the retail investing landscape. Under his executive leadership, Robinhood experienced unprecedented growth during the retail trading boom, scaling to serve millions of active users and achieving a multi-billion-dollar valuation before completing its initial public offering in 2023. During his extensive tenure at the brokerage platform, Tenev collaborated with prominent corporate leaders, including board member Sheryl Sandberg, to navigate complex regulatory environments and rapid market expansion.
