Volodymyr Chyrva

Volodymyr Chyrva is the General Partner at SID Venture Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on global technology startups. Prior to transitioning into venture capital, he accumulated over 15 years of strategic management experience as the Co-founder and Managing Partner of Sigma Software. He also co-founded Lviv Tech Angels and has been involved with notable technology entities such as IdeaSoft and Datrics.AI. Since its official launch in December 2021, SID Venture Partners has invested in more than 20 startups and was recognized as "Investor of the Year" in 2023. He recently spoke at the IT Arena 2024 conference regarding the intersection of venture capital and IT services for the defense technology sector. Chyrva currently focuses his efforts on funding early-stage founders across Central and Eastern Europe specializing in artificial intelligence, blockchain, and machine learning.
