Wei Hopeman

Wei Hopeman is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Arbor Ventures, a financial technology venture capital firm based in Singapore. Prior to establishing this fund, she served as the Managing Director and Head of Asia for Citi Ventures, where she directed regional corporate investment strategies. Earlier in her professional career, Hopeman co-founded Asia Pacific Land, a real estate investment firm operating extensively across the Asian market. She currently holds several corporate board seats, including governance positions at publicly traded Booking Holdings, as well as private companies Abra, Akulaku, and Quottly. Her industry recognition includes being named among the top 100 influencers in financial technology by NxBnk and ranking as one of the top 38 fintech influencers in Asia. Hopeman maintains a primary investment focus on early-stage financial technology startups and digital commerce infrastructure across global markets.
