Wen-Wen Lam

Wen-Wen Lam is currently a Partner at Gradient Ventures, Google's AI-focused investment fund, based in San Francisco, California. Before transitioning to venture capital in 2021, she served as the CEO and co-founder of NexTravel, a comprehensive corporate travel booking platform. Under her leadership, the NexTravel platform scaled to over $100 million in annual bookings while serving large enterprise clients across the global technology sector. Following a pandemic-driven revenue decline to $10 million annualized, the company was acquired by TravelPerk in 2020, capping an extensive operational career that began at LinkedIn. Lam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UC Berkeley and a Master of Business Administration from the USC Marshall School of Business.
