Wes Tang-Wymer is the Co-founder and General Partner at Rucker Park Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm based in New York City. He established the firm in 2018 alongside Marissa Campise to lead pre-seed, seed, and Series A funding rounds, typically writing initial checks ranging from $500,000 to $3 million. Prior to launching his own fund, Tang-Wymer managed growth and late-stage investments at SoftBank, where his portfolio exposure included major technology companies such as Uber, Grab, SoFi, and Lemonade. Earlier in his career, the Miami University graduate analyzed technology and media equities at a long/short hedge fund. At Rucker Park Capital, he led a $10 million Series A round for Waybridge and directed the firm's largest investment to date in Secfi. Tang-Wymer currently focuses on deploying capital across the consumer, fintech, healthcare, and logistics sectors.
