Wesley Gottesman

Wesley Gottesman is a Partner at Moontower Ventures based in Texas, United States, where he focuses on early-stage venture investments. Prior to this role, he spent seven and a half years at Brand Foundry Ventures, serving as Principal before being promoted to Partner in March 2023. During his tenure at the firm, he specialized in sourcing early-stage consumer brands that collectively received $86 million in investments. Before transitioning to venture capital, Gottesman held operating roles at several consumer startups, including launching the apparel company Nine Brand alongside Drew Brees and leading product development at the digitally-native fragrance brand PHLUR. After earning an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin, he shifted into institutional investing. His current professional focus centers on identifying and scaling early-stage consumer, ecommerce, and mobile commerce companies across the venture landscape.
