Whit Bouck

Whitney "Whit" Bouck is a Managing Director at Insight Partners. Before joining the venture capital firm in 2022, she served as the Chief Operating Officer of HelloSign, guiding the business through its $230 million acquisition by Dropbox in 2019 and remaining as COO after the transaction. Her 30-year career in enterprise software includes executive positions as Global Marketing leader and Enterprise General Manager at Box, alongside senior leadership roles at EMC and Documentum. As an operator and advisor, Bouck has successfully navigated three initial public offerings, three company sales, two spin-offs, and more than fifteen acquisitions. She currently holds board director positions at Paycor, Trengo, and BlueOcean, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Claremont McKenna College. Her current focus centers on scaling B2B software companies and optimizing go-to-market strategies for enterprise technology startups.
