Will Neale

Will Neale is an Investor at Passion Capital based in London, United Kingdom, where he targets seed and Series A investments across the European technology sector. As a key partner, he helped close the firm's €200 million fund in March 2025 and currently manages a portfolio of more than 20 early-stage companies. Before transitioning to venture capital, Neale served as the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Qudini, leading the enterprise software startup until its acquisition by LivePerson in 2016. His earlier career includes several product and technology management roles at ASOS, following his graduation with a degree in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge. Leveraging his prior operational background, Neale advises European early-stage founders and maintains a current investment focus on software, fintech, consumer internet, digital marketplaces, and artificial intelligence developer tools.
