Will Whitehorn is the Managing Partner of the UK-Israel Innovation Centre based in London, England, where he oversees cross-border investments and bilateral tech partnerships. Managing over $100 million in capital, he directs early-stage funding toward deep tech, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity ventures across a growing portfolio of more than twenty startups. In 2024, Whitehorn led a £10 million investment round for the medical technology firm Cyted, and he is actively associated with investment networks backing enterprise software companies like Quantexa. Before his venture capital career, he operated as a serial entrepreneur who founded and successfully exited multiple digital and media businesses, including his own agency, Whitehorn Communications.
