Xavier Collin (Bill) is an angel investor at Super Capital VC and the Founder and President of WTPL Music and Woof Music USA. With over 30 years of executive experience in the global music industry, he specializes in rights collection, synchronization licensing, and transatlantic partnerships between European and North American markets. Collin began his career in French tour production with Tourbillon in 1993 before transitioning into artist management for acts such as K2LM, The Barking Dogs, and Useless. As a music executive, he successfully developed the artist KMARO, achieving a number-one chart hit across 17 countries, and expanded Woof Music USA to operate five international branches in France, Germany, England, Canada, and the United States. His current professional focus centers on early-stage venture capital investments and facilitating international artist development through strategic music publishing initiatives.
