In her current leadership role, she manages multiple investment tracks, which include a standard 12-week accelerator program offering $100,000 in initial seed capital to participating high-growth ventures across various industries. Previously, Engel served as the Program Manager for the Northwestern Mutual Black Founder Accelerator at gener8tor, leading its inaugural Demo Day on June 17, 2021. She has also directed specialized cohort programs focused on education and workforce technologies, including the 2022 ECMC Group and gener8tor edtech accelerator that supported emerging startups like Clusiv.
