Yaniv Stern

Yaniv Stern is the Managing Partner at Red Dot Capital Partners, a growth-stage venture capital firm based in Tel Aviv, Israel. Backed by the Singaporean state holding company Temasek Holdings, he oversees the deployment of multiple investment funds exceeding $350 million in total capital to support Israeli technology startups scaling globally. Prior to co-founding Red Dot, Stern served as a Principal at McKinsey & Company, where he advised multinational corporations on strategic growth and operational transformations across Europe and the Middle East. His investment portfolio includes prominent technology enterprises such as the cybersecurity firm Claroty and the cross-border e-commerce platform Global-e, highlighting his focus on enterprise software and digital infrastructure.
