Yi Sung (Sung) Yong is the co-creator of Grain and Atlas, a restaurant operating system developer, based in New York, New York. Prior to his current entrepreneurial ventures, he held several senior quantitative and analytical roles across the financial services sector, including serving as a Vice President at JPMorgan Chase & Co. He also worked as a Data Scientist at Balyasny Asset Management and was the Co-Founder and Head of Data Science at Regents Gate Capital. Yong earned a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School, alongside a Master of Arts in Statistics from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from National Chengchi University.
