Yiorgos Boudouris

Yiorgos Boudouris is an independent Talent Acquisition Consultant and Fractional Head of Talent based in Toronto, Ontario, specializing in scaling high-growth early-stage technology companies. He previously served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Typeform, where he restructured the global recruiting function and managed an international team of more than 15 talent professionals. Before his executive tenure at Typeform, Boudouris spent nearly four years at Shopify as a Senior Recruiter and Talent Lead, facilitating the hiring of several hundred software engineers during the platform's hypergrowth phase. His earlier career includes foundational technical recruiting roles at the Canadian education technology startup Top Hat and the digital design agency FCV Interactive.
