Yoko Spirig is the Co-founder and CEO of Ledgy, an equity management platform based in Zurich, Switzerland. Under her leadership, the company has scaled to serve more than 5,000 companies across 100 countries and secured over $130 million in funding from investors including Molten Ventures, Balderton Capital, and Seedcamp. Following a Series B round in 2022, Spirig guided Ledgy through an acquisition by Thoma Bravo in March 2024 and a subsequent expansion into the United States market with a San Francisco headquarters in June 2025. Prior to founding the fintech firm, she worked in product management and operations roles and earned a degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen. Spirig currently serves on the board of the Swiss Startup Association, focusing her broader efforts on simplifying ownership tracking, employee incentives, and compliance for emerging technology companies.
