Youri Doeleman

Youri Doeleman is a Partner at the global startup accelerator Antler, where he oversees regional operations and program launches from his base in the Netherlands. He officially joined the venture capital firm after reconnecting with his former colleague, Antler founder and chief executive officer Magnus Grimeland, during the summer of 2018. Tasked with establishing the firm's presence in new markets, Doeleman spent the final months of that year evaluating the Dutch tech ecosystem and building foundational infrastructure. By early 2019, he had successfully hired a core four-person operational team, onboarded 20 strategic advisors, and evaluated a talent pool of 6,000 high-potential founders across Europe. These recruitment efforts culminated in the official launch of the inaugural Antler Netherlands cohort on May 13, 2019. His ongoing professional focus centers on scaling early-stage technology startups and expanding venture capital ecosystems.
