Yrjö Ojasaar

Yrjö Ojasaar is an Investment Partner and co-founder at Change Ventures, based in Tallinn, Estonia. In this role, he leads pre-seed and seed investments ranging from €100,000 to €500,000 in early-stage technology startups across the Baltic region and select European markets. His recent transaction activity includes leading a $430,000 seed round for Inspectle Food in December 2023 and participating in a $540,000 seed investment in Walk15 alongside Y Combinator and Jaan Tallinn. Prior to entering venture capital, Ojasaar served as the founder of Publification, managing partner at the financial advisory firm Solon Partners, and co-founder of the Estonian Business Angels Network. He holds a Juris Doctorate cum laude from the University of Minnesota. Ojasaar currently focuses on leveraging his operational background as a technology chief executive to identify and scale ambitious Baltic diaspora founders.
