Yumin Choi

Yumin Choi is a Partner at Bain Capital Ventures based in Boston, Massachusetts, where he leads investments across healthcare technology and services. He directs capital into early- and growth-stage companies focusing on digital health, behavioral health, and population health management, targeting a sweet spot of $25 million within an investment range of $1 million to $100 million. Choi currently holds board director roles at AbleTo and several other emerging healthcare analytics startups. Prior to joining his current firm in 2017, he managed healthcare IT and medical device investments at HLM Venture Partners. He moved from South Korea to the United States at the age of ten before earning a business management degree from Babson College.
