Yuval Baharav

Yuval Baharav is a General Partner and co-founder at State of Mind Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Israel. Prior to establishing this fund, he served as the Head of Corporate Development and Strategy at Amdocs, orchestrating ten global acquisitions totaling more than $2 billion. His operational background includes tenures as Chief Executive Officer at technology companies such as ooVoo, Xacct, and Amdocs Cloud Services. Additionally, he previously worked as a Partner at Sequoia Capital Israel and operated as an independent angel investor before launching his current firm. He currently maintains active governance roles, serving as a board director or observer for multiple portfolio startups including StreamElements, Amenity Analytics, and Copilot.cx. Baharav focuses his current seed-stage investment strategy on emerging technology companies operating across artificial intelligence, data infrastructure, enterprise software, and cybersecurity.
