Yuval Ron-Ruhama

Yuval Ron-Ruhama is a General Partner at Cedar Fund, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on high-tech investments. Since joining the firm in 2010, he has directed investment decisions across the telecommunications and consumer electronics sectors. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Metalink Ltd., a publicly traded company on the NASDAQ under the ticker MTLK, where he headed both the finance and legal departments. Earlier in his professional career, he worked as a Certified Public Accountant at KPMG Israel and completed a legal internship at the Weksler, Bregman & Co Law office. He is a dually certified attorney and CPA in Israel, and he holds a Master of Business Administration degree. His current focus combines his extensive corporate finance background, legal expertise, and venture capital experience to support early-stage technology startups globally.
