Zach Dixon

Zach Dixon is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Players' Lounge, an esports and social gaming platform based in Brooklyn, New York. He oversees operations for the startup, which facilitates online and in-person competitive gaming tournaments and grew to over 10,000 users shortly after its official launch. Dixon participated in the Y Combinator Winter 2018 batch to scale the platform and subsequently secured an official partnership with the New York City Football Club. Prior to founding Players' Lounge, he worked in game day operations and as an account executive for the soccer franchise, and served as a research assistant to Grant Wahl at Sports Illustrated. After earning a Bachelor of Arts in French Studies from Wesleyan University, Dixon built a career focused on the intersection of traditional sports, entertainment, and competitive video gaming.
