Zachary Kim

Zachary Kim is the Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Float, a technology startup that participated in the Y Combinator Summer 2021 accelerator batch. He began his software engineering career by coding professionally during his high school years before eventually transitioning into more complex technical leadership and academic research roles. Previously, Kim served as the Chief Technology Officer at Zaarly, where he directed the core engineering operations and technical development for the company's digital marketplace platform. Prior to his executive work in consumer marketplaces, he operated in the medical research sector as a founding member of the Ojemann Neurosurgical Research Group at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. Today, Kim leverages his multidisciplinary background in advanced software engineering, neurotechnology research, and startup operations to build and scale early-stage technology ventures from the ground up.
