Zhenni Liu

Zhenni Liu is a Partner at MaC Venture Capital in San Francisco, California, focusing on early-stage consumer and enterprise SaaS startups. She holds dual degrees in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Southern California and began her career as a private equity management consultant at Bain & Company. Liu later gained operating experience at Sephora and Outdoor Voices, and served as an early-stage investor at Commerce Ventures and Peterson Ventures. Her venture portfolio includes four notable unicorn companies: Allbirds, Lucid, Ethos, and SmartAsset. Recognized as one of Utah’s 30 Women to Watch in 2019, she previously launched the Salt Lake City chapter of SoGal to support underrepresented entrepreneurs.
