Zoe Schlag

Zoe Schlag is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of Common Trust and an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Schmidt Futures. Previously, she served as a Managing Director at Techstars, where she launched the firm's first impact accelerator and directed venture investments into 74 mission-driven companies. Before her tenure at Techstars, Schlag founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of UnLtd USA, an impact investment fellowship that she successfully merged with the accelerator network in 2017. Her early career included international development work across Guatemala, Argentina, and India, and she currently serves as an Executive Fellow at the Rutgers Institute for Employee Ownership. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Tufts University and is a World Economic Forum Global Shaper. Schlag's current professional focus centers on financing Employee Ownership Trust conversions and scaling shared ownership models.
