Firstime Ventures is an Israel-based venture capital firm that invests in early-stage technology startups focused on climate change, sustainability, and digital healthcare. The firm manages approximately $250 million to $300 million in assets across multiple vehicles, having deployed over $150 million into more than 30 companies. Its investment strategy includes a $100 million third fund dedicated specifically to climate technology, which received backing from investors including Jonathan Kolber. Firstime Ventures targets seed to Series A rounds, building a portfolio that features recognizable companies such as Talkspace, BeeHero, PlayBuzz, and Pixellot. The firm notably generated significant returns from its initial $4 million investment in Talkspace when the digital health platform went public via a SPAC merger at a $1.4 billion valuation. Firstime Ventures was founded in 2014 by Jonathan Benartzi, Nir Tarlovsky, and Ilan Shiloah.
