FountainVest Partners is a private equity firm focused on acquiring control or significant stakes in high-growth Chinese enterprises, headquartered in Hong Kong with additional offices in Shanghai and Beijing. The firm deploys capital into industry-leading businesses across a diverse range of sectors, primarily targeting the consumer, healthcare, industrial, media, sports, and business services markets. As of 2022, the organization reported approximately $11 billion in total assets under management, distributed across three United States dollar-denominated funds and one Chinese yuan-denominated fund.
