HELLA Ventures

HELLA Ventures is the corporate venture capital arm of HELLA, now part of FORVIA Group, investing in early- to growth-stage startups focused on innovative mobility solutions and technologies from its base in Northville, Michigan. The fund primarily targets Series A to C investments in areas such as mobility, climate tech, deep tech, manufacturing, and robotics, providing strategic expertise and market access to its portfolio. It manages one fund with $22.6 million in assets under management, while its parent company, HELLA, reported €8.1 billion in adjusted sales and 36,413 employees as of FY2024. Key personnel include co-founder and lead partner Marco Marinucci, Head Karthik Devaraj, and Jens Hunecke, who leads the ventures as President/CEO of Hella Electronics. HELLA Ventures was co-founded by Marco Marinucci in 2015.
