Sociedad Regional de Promoción del Principado de Asturias (SRP) is a public financial entity that provides capital to foster regional economic development. It offers financial support primarily through minority and temporary equity participation in companies and the granting of participatory loans. SRP focuses its investments on projects deemed of special interest for the Asturian region, innovative technology-based enterprises, other groundbreaking ventures, and initiatives aimed at internationalizing local businesses.

The Government of the Principality of Asturias established SRP in 1984. The founding insight centered on creating a dedicated financial instrument to stimulate and revitalize the business fabric of the region.
