Owned by Fondazione Centenario Banca Stato, the firm primarily invests in southern Switzerland, fostering a diversified portfolio across life science, medical, high-tech, and IT sectors. The firm evolved in 2016 from Agire Invest, initially the investment arm of Fondazione Agire, which began investing in 2012. Dr. Lorenzo Leoni was Agire's founding CEO, with Dr. Paolo Orsatti managing Agire Invest. Their success in fostering innovative companies led Fondazione del Centenario to acquire Agire Invest and subsequently rebrand it as TiVenture.
