Brandon Jeon

Brandon Jeon is the Co-founder and Head of Developer Experience and Quality Engineering at Sendbird, a leading communications API platform based in San Mateo, California. Alongside co-founder John S. Kim, he helped build the Y Combinator-backed enterprise software company into a unicorn valued at over $1.05 billion. The B2B SaaS platform has raised more than $200 million in total funding and currently powers real-time in-app chat infrastructure for over 300 million monthly active users globally. Before launching Sendbird, Jeon worked as a software engineer at the gaming publisher NCSoft and earned a degree in computer science and engineering from Seoul National University. In his current role overseeing API usability and software quality, he recently supported the rollout of new artificial intelligence chatbot integrations while focusing on scaling developer tools for high-volume mobile and web applications.
