Max Ventilla

Max Ventilla is currently a General Partner at Offline Ventures, where he has focused on venture studio operations, fundraising, and portfolio company support since October 2022. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Mathematics and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Strategy, earned with a full merit scholarship, from Yale University. Ventilla began his technology career in Google's internal strategic consulting group before cofounding Aardvark, a social Q&A platform that was subsequently acquired by Google. Following the acquisition, he returned to Google as a senior staff member directing product unification and strategy for Google+, scaling digital products for billions of global users, and later founded the education technology startup AltSchool as Chief Executive Officer. His professional background combines extensive technical product development at major technology corporations with early venture capital investing and startup incubation.
