Mustafa Suleyman

Mustafa Suleyman is the CEO and co-founder of Inflection AI and a Venture Partner at Greylock Partners. He previously co-founded the artificial intelligence research laboratory DeepMind in 2010, serving as its Chief Product Officer until Google acquired the enterprise for approximately $650 million in 2014. Following the acquisition, he operated as Vice President of AI Product Management and AI Policy at Google before departing the corporation in January 2022. In March 2022, he launched Inflection AI, which subsequently secured $225 million in its initial funding round, while simultaneously joining Greylock to advise early-stage technology startups. The Oxford University dropout also authored the 2023 book "The Coming Wave," examining the societal implications of emerging technologies. His professional background centers on advancing artificial intelligence research, developing consumer-facing machine learning products, and establishing governance frameworks for applied AI.
