Phil Santoro

Phil Santoro is a Miami-based technology entrepreneur and the Co-Founder of Wilbur Labs, a startup studio he established alongside David Kolodny in 2016. Through Wilbur Labs, he provides funding, resources, and operational support to build and scale businesses, successfully investing in a portfolio of over twenty-one companies. Prior to this venture, Santoro served as a Growth Strategist at Google from 2013 to 2016, and he previously founded FreeForums.org in 2007 while in high school. He scaled the platform to 125 million monthly pageviews before its acquisition by CrowdGather Inc in 2010, demonstrating his expertise in taking startups from idea to exit. Holding a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Cincinnati Carl H Lindner College of Business, he shares his entrepreneurial insights as a contributing author for Inc Magazine, Fast Company, and Entrepreneur Magazine.
