Rayn Ong

Rayn Ong is a Principal at Antler Southeast Asia based in Singapore, where he leads early-stage technology investments across the region. Before joining the venture capital firm in 2023, he served as an investor at Golden Gate Ventures and began his professional career in private equity and management consulting at Bain & Company. Ong has invested in more than 20 companies through Antler and manages a regional portfolio that includes notable technology startups such as Aspire and Cove. In the first quarter of 2025, he led a $2 million funding round for a Southeast Asian financial technology startup, building on his active industry presence that included speaking at the Tech in Asia Conference in October 2024. Holding an MBA from INSEAD, his current focus centers on supporting founders developing fintech, SaaS, consumer, and climate technology solutions in emerging markets.
