Robert Chandler

Robert Chandler is the Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Wordware, a Y Combinator-backed artificial intelligence platform based in San Francisco, USA. Before launching Wordware, he served as an early engineer at Five AI, an autonomous vehicle startup, where he led the Offline Perception team and secured more than five patents. He previously co-founded and successfully exited KRISTALIC, a machine learning company focused on augmenting human memory using advanced Transformer models. Chandler studied Deep Learning and Information Engineering at the University of Cambridge and has spent over a decade developing reliable machine learning systems. Outside of his professional work, he is an active high-altitude mountaineer who has traveled to 103 countries. His current focus centers on advancing natural language programming and agent orchestration, recently expanding the Wordware platform to include over 2,000 software integrations.
